From survival to CEO.
And now, to storyteller.
Multiple residential group homes and assisted living facility owner. Speaker. Healthcare entrepreneur. Founder of Mission Made Millionaires.
I didn’t set out to build a brand.
I answered a calling.
I wasn’t supposed to be here.
Not leading organizations.
Not building care-based businesses.
Not standing as a voice for entrepreneurs and leaders.
According to the odds, my story should have ended somewhere between survival mode and burnout. But purpose doesn’t follow statistics, and faith doesn’t wait for perfect conditions.
I began my journey with more responsibility than resources and more questions than answers. There were seasons where keeping everything afloat felt like a full-time job, and dreaming felt risky.
But somewhere between long nights, fervent prayers, and moments of deep uncertainty, something started to form.
A calling. A responsibility. A conviction.
Not just to change my own circumstances, but to serve others who had been overlooked, underserved, or forgotten.
I stepped into entrepreneurship without a roadmap.
Now, I use my voice, my experience, and my platforms to help others rise into their purpose with clarity, confidence, and conviction.
No mentor. No blueprint.
Just faith and a willingness to learn, adjust,
and keep moving forward.
My first care home wasn’t perfect, but it was intentional.
Then came another. And then another. Over time, those early steps grew into a larger vision that now includes multiple residential group homes and a 20-bed intergenerational assisted living community.
Today, through Agape’s Way and Kinbridge Living,
I continue to serve some of the most vulnerable individuals in our communities while building organizations rooted in structure, compliance, and compassion.
But my work isn’t just about facilities or operations.
It’s about becoming. Becoming the leader I once needed.
Becoming the example my children could look to.
Becoming the voice for people who feel called to build but unsure how to begin.
I believe faith can guide strategy.
I believe structure creates freedom.
And I believe businesses built with integrity can change lives
far beyond the balance sheet.
